Hello, I bought two of these Hotronix heat presses in the year 2000. One 15x15 and one 16x20. I have printed thousands of shirts of all kinds and NEVER had a problem Bought from a guy named Joe. Great customer service and great products. Very helpful also. Do not look any further, just buy one. You will never be sorry.
